The 965 Flats Development is one of our largest projects to date. We poured concrete for the streets at the groundwork stage, followed by paving roads and parking spaces for multiple new apartment buildings. Additionally, we completed all civil sidewalks on site and constructed a pond with a planned future trail. The development also features a large community center and light commercial and retail spaces, including multiple drive-thrus and large parking lots adjacent to the new University of Iowa Specialist Hospital.
